So about that Graphic Design project
I put it up in class (even though my printer fucked up my pictures)
and my teacher liked them
and even the head of the department and Mr. Mariuchi who is a really good Advertising teacher
so I'm proud that out of all 20 or so it was one of the few that got pointed out and shit.

They were like "who's is this?" and I was like "...me..."
I though they were gonna hate it
but they thought it was interesting

now this may not sound all that great to you
but for me it's EPIC

it's a great start to the school year


OH BTW I'm doing avi art on Gaia too
I'll post those as soon as they are done

So I decided last weekend
HEY LET ME TRY OUT OF THE SQUEENIX CONTEST
that'll be a good way to show that I'm alive and well and plus
a professional critique would be great...since it's what I'll be doing for the rest of my life.
Plus great to add to a portfolio, if you make sure you document everything well :3
So I worked REALLY hard on making a character that was designed well and interesting and wasn't boring.
I had to go around and look for friends who had a scanner I could use...and I forced myself to make time for this
and I discovered
that my f*cking Open Canvas trial is over. So I can't even save my work.
I'm so upset
I didn't even want to win this dumb contest. For me....I wanted to do this more...to just PROVE to myself. That I can make it in the art world. That I can make time for work and do things that I need to do. I wanted to do this SOO BAD just so I can say
that I can do this stuff and do it well.

It was so hard to work on...I would stay up late at night just so I can not only do my hw but also make time to work on the contest entry. Now I can't even enter and not because I couldn't finish because I'm lazy. I couldn't finish because some divine force decided that I can't.
I'm not even allowed to use the computer facilities because I'm a freshman.
I have no where to go to work on it...and none my friends that live in my dorm have PS or anything. I'm just so frustrated.
